Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated 5 September 2026.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what Havoc Labs collects when you use the Havoc website, the trainer, and related services, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
It does not cover the games themselves, wallets, or other third-party services you use alongside Havoc. Those are governed by their own policies.
Information you give us
Account details such as an email address or display name where you provide one, the wallet address you connect, and anything you send us directly, including support messages and partnership enquiries.
Gameplay and behavioral data
This is the core of what we collect. When you run a session we record the character configuration you chose and the decisions produced during play — inputs, timings, states, outcomes, and derived labels describing behaviour.
This data is about how a character was played. It is not intended to identify you, and we do not deliberately collect personal information through it. It is collected precisely so it can be labeled and licensed to third parties as training and evaluation data.
Wallet and on-chain information
If you connect a wallet, we process your public address and can see transactions associated with it. Blockchain records are public and permanent. We cannot delete, alter, or recall anything written to a public chain, including submission burns.
Information collected automatically
Standard technical information: IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, and interaction events, collected to keep the Services working, secure, and measurable.
How we use information
To operate and improve the Services; to build, label, and quality-check datasets; to assess and compensate submissions; to run the leaderboard; to prevent fraud, abuse, and manipulation; to communicate with you; and to meet legal obligations.
Retention
We keep session and behavioral data indefinitely. It is the product, and once a dataset has been delivered to a customer it cannot be recalled.
Account and contact information is kept while your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need it for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a regulator.
These rights apply to personal information. They do not extend to session data that has been de-identified, to datasets already licensed to customers, or to anything recorded on a public blockchain — in each case because we are not able to reverse it.
To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
The Services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where practical.
